Prices
All prices are in Swedish Krona (SEK) inclusive of Swedish VAT and other fees. The total sum for the purchase will be shown before payment and will include all costs associated with the purchase for the given product or period, including shipping costs if applicable.

User terms
This service enables you as a user the possibility to stream, read and watch courses that are currently available via the service. By paying for a course you agree to be bound by these and the terms below. 

Your account is personal and may not be shared with others. You agree not to copy content from courses or other content in the service, either in whole or in part. You may not modify, reproduce, share or distribute the course materials. You must keep the Course Materials confidential and not sell, lend, give away or otherwise disclose the Materials or its contents to anyone else. Violation of these terms means that you will immediately lose access to the website/service and may be guilty of copyright infringement. You are responsible for not disseminating material to others. You are responsible for any damage caused by you giving someone else access to the service via your user account.

You do not have the right to transfer your rights and/or any obligations under these terms of use to others, either in whole or in part.

We provide access to the Website/Service on an “as is” basis. You understand that the content and range of courses and other services, including its features, may change at any time without notice. Courses and the range of courses both appear and can be updated and changed on an ongoing basis.

To accept the terms of use, you must be 18 years of age or older.

Intellectual property and copyright
All material provided through the Service is owned by us, or alternatively by our content providers. All material is protected by copyright. Courses purchased through the Service grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to the Course that lasts until the Course is completed unless otherwise specified. The fact that you have paid for a license does not mean that ownership or other rights to the content are transferred to you or anyone else.

Right of withdrawal
This agreement is covered by the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59). You thus have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the day the agreement was concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, we must be contacted in writing before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Please note that the right of withdrawal is limited. If you logged in to the service, had one lesson, accessed te material, and/or in some way took part in the material or started the course, you agree that we have started the completion of the service, even if the withdrawal period has not expired. This means that you have agreed that the services have been completed and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal, no money return.

Otherwise, we do not provide returns, buybacks or cancellation rights for digital downloadable products. Companies that order from us are subject to the Purchase Act and have no right of withdrawal.

All material on this website/service is copyright protected. Unauthorized use of the material may constitute a copyright infringement.

Personal data and GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and handle your personal data. We store the information that is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to GDPR you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected, limited or deleted, which we will do to the extent possible under applicable law (such as the Accounting Act).
